We can give you a range after the plans are developed and design elements have been chosen. The cost is determined by your preferences and selections. At Bedrock, we’ll make sure you know your options and have a clear idea of cost ranges before the work begins.
The length of time for a home to be built from the ground up is dependent on several factors. An important determining factor is location. Within city limits, factors include timelines for city permits. Outside the city limits, factors include preparing the property. And of course, simply making decisions about what you want can often take time. As the location and essential decisions are made, we will be able to give you a more precise timeline.
When we say our homes are custom, we really mean it. The only standards set up front are our energy efficiency standards. We want you to have an energy efficient home! Other than that, we truly design to your specific needs and preferences.
